DRIVE BELT
Inspection
Drive belt inspection
- 1Check the drive belt for wear, cracks, and fraying. Replace if necessary.
- 2Check the drive belt deflection by applying mode rate pressure (98 N, 10 kg, 22 lb) midway between the pulleys. Adjust if necessary.Belt tension can be measured between any pulleys.
