Remove the oil pressure gauge sender unit.

Screw the SST into the oil pressure gauge sender unit installation hole.

Warm up the engine to normal operating temperature.

Run the engine at 1,000 rpm and 3,000 rpm, and note the gauge reading.

If the pressure is not as specified, check for the cause and repair. (Refer to Troubleshooting Guide.)

Remove the SST and install the oil pressure gauge sender unit.
