INSPECTION

Fan Relay Inspection

  1. 1
    Check continuity as shown with an ohmmeter.

    Apply 12V between terminals B and D. Check for continuity between terminals A and C.
    Fan relay test setup: relay connector with terminals labeled A, D, B, C wired through jumper leads to a battery and an ohmmeter for the energized continuity check between terminals A and C while applying 12V between B and D.

    If not as specified, replace the fan relay.
