Wiper motor continuity and operation tables show USA values with Canada variants in parentheses, e.g. 'a (c)' means terminal a for USA, terminal c for Canada.

Turn ignition switch ON

Check for 12V at terminal-wire (L) of windshield washer motor connector with washer switch ON

Repair harness (Fuse—Motor)

Check washer motor (Refer to page S-34)

Replace washer motor

Check for continuity of terminal-wire (L/O) between washer motor and windshield wiper switch

Disconnect windshield wiper switch 6-pin connector; check for continuity of terminal-wire (B) to ground

Repair harness (Switch—Ground)

Check windshield washer switch (Refer to Section T)

Inspection

Check for continuity between the terminals with the wiper is in parked position.
