    Exploded view of the wiper motor showing the motor housing on the right with a gear cover removed exposing the gear shaft (callout 2), and the motor body with armature/brush plate holder (callout 1) pulled away to the left. A magnified inset at left shows the brush-plate-holder detail with brush springs and contacts.
