Heater Unit Removal / Installation

    Remove the dashpanel. (Refer to Section S.)

    Remove the heater unit as shown in the figure.
    Exploded view of the heater unit installed under the dashpanel. Shows the heater hose connection at the firewall on the left (callout 1), the heater unit core assembly in the centre with bolt locations marked, and the fuse/relay block mounted on the right side. Two numbered callouts identify (1) heater hose at firewall and (2) the heater unit body.

    Install the heater unit in the reverse order of removal.

    Install the dashpanel.
