Injector installation note

    Use new injector O-rings.
    Diagram showing correct vs. wrong assembly of injector with O-ring, grommet and delivery pipe. Top row: O-RING and INJECTOR fit into the delivery pipe correctly (marked CORRECT with a check). Middle and bottom rows show GROMMET / DELIVERY PIPE assemblies marked WRONG with X. A circular O-ring detail is shown.

    Apply a small amount of clean engine oil to the O-rings before installing.

    Use new injector insulators.
