Camshaft pulley — Installation (continued)

    Install the camshaft pulley lock bolts.

    Hold the camshaft with a wrench.
  3. 5
    Tighten the camshaft pulley lock bolt.
Tightening torque (camshaft pulley lock bolt)
49 - 61N·m

Crank angle sensor

Crank angle sensor — Installation

  1. 1
    Apply grease to a new O-ring and the blade.

    Install the crank angle sensor and loosely tighten the installation bolt.
  3. 3
    Connect the crank angle sensor connector.

Steps After Installation

  1. 1
    Fill the radiator with the specified amount and type of engine coolant. (Refer to page E-5.)
  2. 2
    Connect the negative battery cable.
  3. 3
    Start the engine and check as follows: (1) Engine coolant leakage. (2) Ignition timing. (Refer to page B-8.)
  4. 4
    Recheck the engine coolant levels.
