Symptom: Headlights do not operate. (Canada spec.)

Step 1

Step 1 — Check HEAD 30A fuse

Check HEAD 30A fuse in the main fuse block.

If the fuse is burned, replace it. Check and repair the wiring harness, if necessary.

If the fuse is OK, go to Step 2.

Step 2

Step 2 — Check headlight bulbs

Check the headlight bulbs.

If a bulb is burned, replace it.

If the bulbs are OK, go to Step 3.

Step 3

Step 3 — Headlight connector voltages

Turn the headlight switch ON.

Disconnect the headlight connector, and measure the voltage at the following terminal-wires as shown.
