Symptom: Headlights do not operate. (Canada spec.)
Step 1
Step 1 — Check HEAD 30A fuse
- 1Check HEAD 30A fuse in the main fuse block.
05U0TX-296 - 2If the fuse is burned, replace it. Check and repair the wiring harness, if necessary.
- 3If the fuse is OK, go to Step 2.
Step 2
Step 2 — Check headlight bulbs
- 1Check the headlight bulbs.
05U0TX-297 - 2If a bulb is burned, replace it.
- 3If the bulbs are OK, go to Step 3.
Step 3
Step 3 — Headlight connector voltages
- 1Turn the headlight switch ON.
05U0TX-298 - 2Disconnect the headlight connector, and measure the voltage at the following terminal-wires as shown.
