    Remove the steering shaft.
    Photo of the steering column area with a multimeter being used to check continuity between the horn conductor plate and the serration gear part.

    Check continuity between the horn conductor plate and the serration gear part.

    If not as specified, replace the horn switch and steering wheel as an assembly.
  4. 4
    If correct, repair wire (G/O) (Horn relay — horn switch).

    Remove the knee protector.
  2. 2
    Disconnect the clock spring connector.
    Detail of the HORN SWITCH CONNECTOR (ORANGE, 1 Terminal) and the clock spring connector under the steering column with a continuity test illustration.

    Check continuity of the clock spring connector as shown in the figure.
